Todd's passion for construction started at a very young age, and he has honed his skills through experience in multiple trades throughout his career in the industry. Todd graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, specializing in Resource Management and Marketing.
Todd delivers a hands-on approach to project management and business development within The Cury Group. His attention to detail and commitment to quality allow him to meet and often exceed client expectations across all facets of the construction process. Todd excels in execution through effective communication with all parties involved in each and every project he oversees.
Over the last decade, Todd has managed a wide variety of projects. He has executed multiple build outs of luxury condos, historic property renovations, as well as single-family renovations. Todd has supervised new design builds for homeowners and real estate investors alike, with projects exceeding as many as 10,000 square feet. Outside of the residential arena, Todd has also excelled in commercial construction, most recently completing a $5 million custom high-tech art gallery renovation.
